I work as a software consultant and have spent the bulk of my life reading, writing, thinking about and implementing technology; technology for the enterprise and for the internet.
Within the pages and posts of this site you will find words that reflect my opinion and my opinion alone and not of my employers, clients nor customers present or past. So please don't come after me if you don't like something or if you think it offends you - go get your own space in the interwebs.

I have spent a lot of time writing software that helps keep track of your customers, keep them happy and bring in new ones. This more often than not involves contact center solutions, sales-force automation, marketing and everything that goes in between systems to integrate them together. I have recently also become greatly interested in internet marketing and everything that goes with it.
I like to keep buzz words to a minimum and just discuss facts but if you see acronyms like CTI, RMI, SEO, AHT, SOA, FCR etc. mentioned here, then I'm sorry. I just can't help it.
